Uavi is a residential project on Litibu Beach in Nayarit, developed in collaboration with Pérez Palacios Arquitectos. Overlooking a bay with turquoise waters, the decision was made to create a monochromatic interior that would let the surroundings take center stage. Sand-colored tones, natural materials, deliberate simplicity. Everything inside exists to frame the landscape.
Coherence between the architecture and the interiors was central to the project. Furniture, finishes, and textiles create a timeless, serene atmosphere, free of excess. A retractable lattice in the kitchen allows the space to be opened or closed, maintaining the overall fluidity. At Uavi, luxury is felt in the calm that comes from being inside while still sensing the sea.
